How long does it take to make and ship my order?

We do our best to have orders produced and shipped within two business days. Business days are Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays and weekends). Extended production times may be required during busier times of the year (most notably over the Christmas and New Year).

How much does shipping cost?

The costs and times vary depending on what you're ordering and where you're located, you'll be able to see these costs before you commit to buying anything in your shopping cart.    

To give you an idea by way of example:  Within Australia ordinary service shipping costs (AUD) range between
- $2.95 (phone or Pokemon Go Plus skin, for example) and
- $5.95 (Surface, Laptop or Thermomix full panel skin for example).   

Within Australia ordinary service shipping is untracked. If you prefer to see when Australia Post scans your order as being out for delivery then we recommend you take up a trackable option offered within checkout (Registered Post/Signature on Delivery or Express Post).

What shipping methods do you use?

We use Australia Post large letter and parcel services. We also offer trackable Registered Post (insured) and Express Post (expedited) options for you to choose from during checkout.

What delivery time-frame can I expect?

Within Australia:

  • Ordinary mail - 4-7 business days
  • Registered Post - 4-7 business days
  • Express Post - 1-4 business days*

* Not all postcodes are eligible for AusPost's next day delivery Express service guarantee. Contact us if you would like us to check your postcode, or you can use Australia Post's website to check.

Important Information about Returned Mail

We will email you, should your order be returned to us for reasons beyond our control such as, but not limited to:

  • Uncollected from post office
  • Incorrect or Not Known at address
  • Delivery refused

If you would like your order to be put back into the post we will require you to pay another lot of postage.

If you decide you no longer want your order and request a refund, we will initiate a refund minus the original postage cost and minus a 20% restocking fee. ** Custom orders (includes generic laptop panels and skins printed with an image you have supplied at purchase time) cannot be refunded.
