Shipping Information
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Canada, NZ and Singapore.
Shipping to the USA has been suspended in light of the higher customs duty/tariff that came into effect at the end of August.
Shipping to EU countries and to the UK will be opened at the end of August (with any customs duties/tariffs to be borne by the customer)
Customs Duties and Tariffs:
Customers outside Australia may be required to pay duties/tariffs to the courier or postal service as applicable, upon delivery. Charges for customs clearance will be borne by the recipient. SkinWraps has no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. As such you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance is required this can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Our current production time for orders is a full 3 business days with shipping on the 4th business day. Orders placed after midday (Brisbane time) on a business day will commence production on the next business day.
Business days are Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Extended production times may be required during busier times of the year (most notably over the Christmas and New Year).
How much does shipping cost?
The costs and times vary depending on what you're ordering and where you're located, you'll be able to see these costs before you commit to buying anything in your shopping cart.
All orders are shipped with tracked postage. We recommend that if receiving your order quickly is important to you, that you take up Express Post option as it has a faster postage time than standard shipping options.
Do you have shipping discounts?
Yes, for domestic orders (delivery within Australia) only. Spend $60 or more on skins in a single order to receive free standard shipping, within Australia. Express Post will still incur a charge.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use Australia Post letter and parcel services. Standard post and Express Post options are offered during checkout.
What delivery time-frame can I expect?
Within Australia
- Standard mail - 7-14 business days
- Express Post - 2-5 business days
Outside Australia
- Standard mail - up to 20 days (between major metro areas)*
- Express Post - up to 10 days (between major metro areas)*
*Delivery times to international destinations cannot be guaranteed and may be impacted by Australian or International postage service disruptions/delays.
Christmas Order Cut-Off Date-we cannot guarantee that orders placed after December 10th will arrive in time and therefore encourage customers to take up Express Post to give your order the best possible chance to be delivered by AusPost 'in time for Christmas Day'.
Important Information about Returned Mail
We will email you, should your order be returned to us for reasons beyond our control such as, but not limited to:
- Uncollected from post office
- Incorrect or Not Known at address
- Delivery refused
If you would like your order to be put back into the post we will require you to pay another lot of postage.
If you decide you no longer want your order and request a refund, we will initiate a refund minus the original postage cost and minus a 20% restocking fee. ** Custom orders (includes custom sized generic laptop panels and skins printed with an image you have supplied at purchase time) cannot be returned nor refunded.
